Once the changes are done as you just have to click on Submit Tab so that any changes you make will be reflected on the website instantly.

Yes. You can always go to Dashboard myad page/ Myds and select an option Deactivate. Each ad can only be deactivated once for a duration of Maximum 30 days. After that it will be deleted if the users doesn’t activate the add within 30 days.
